EXHIBITION PACKAGES

ALL EXHIBITION PACKAGES INCLUDE:
- Exhibition booth with resistant panels (corner booth will only have one side panel)

A. Package 1 for exhibition booth (4m2): 1750 Euros (VAT included)
- A 2.00 m x 2.00 m exhibition booth with resistant panels
- One table and 2 chairs
- Full entrance to the conference for ONE person, including the conference dinner

B. Package 2 for exhibition booth (6m2): 2250 Euros (VAT included)
- A 3.00 m x 2.00 m exhibition booth with resistant panels
- One table and 2 chairs
- Full entrance to the conference for ONE representative, including the conference dinner

C. Package 3 for exhibition booth (8 m2): 2750 Euros (VAT included)
- A 4.00 m x 2.00 m exhibition booth with resistant panels
- One table and 2 chairs, plus one meeting table and 2 chairs.
- Full entrance to the conference for TWO representatives, including the conference dinner

D. Package 4 for exhibition booth (12m2): 2950 Euros (VAT included)
- A 6.00 m x 2.00 m (or corner) exhibition booth with resistant panels
- Two tables and 4 chairs, plus one meeting table and 2 chairs.
- Full entrance to the conference for TWO representatives, including the conference dinner

Stand Allocation: on first-come, first-served basis. Please, download the document "Reservation form for exhibitors", fill it in and fax it back to our office (+34-914 973 471).
Exhibitors are asked to provide their booth number request (see "floor plan") with their pre-registration.
Booth distribution in the floor plan is only orientative. Modifications can be included upon request. Please, contact us if you have any special need or request.
Additional furniture or audio-visual equipment are available for a fee upon request.
After receipt of the reservation form, you will receive an invoice that will serve as confirmation of your assistance as exhibitor at TNT2007. On due time, you will be asked to complete the Registration form. On-line registration will open on January 2007.

Payment of fees: Booth space is not reserved until payment is received. Booth fee payment must be received before the early-bird fee deadline, or a surcharge will apply. Fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

- Bank transfers (must be net of all expenses) to “Phantoms Foundation” must indicate TNT2007 Conference and NAME OF THE COMPANY. Make the payment to the following bank account:

Cancellation policy: Cancellation is allowed until March 1, 2007 without any penalty. A 30% cancellation fee will be assessed if cancellation is received after that date. Cancellations received after August 3, 2007, will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total fee.

Internet access: WiFi connection is available free of charge.

PASSPORT TO PRIZES PROGRAM
To help you create maximum lead generation and company recognition at the TNT2007 conference, we are pleased to bring back the “Passport to Prizes” program. This program will help drive traffic to booths and generate additional floor traffic throughout the entire exhibit hall. During the Award ceremony we will give away prizes provided by participating exhibitors.

As a Participant in the Passport to Prizes Program you will receive:
· Recognition during the giveaway ceremony for your prize
· Visibility with the prize list
· Your company logo and prize on the passport game card

If you have prizes you would care to offer, please let us know. You will have to bring the prize to TNT2007 so the winners can take it home with them.

How Does the Passport to Prizes program Work?
Each TNT2007 attendee will be issued a passport card at registration. This card contains the logos of all exhibiting companies. Attendees will be responsible for collecting stamps from the participating exhibitor companies listed on their passport. For that exhibitors will be given a stamp with a number. Once attendees have completed their passport card, they will deposit it into the ticket box. All completed entries will be eligible for a prize drawing that will be conducted during the Poster Award Ceremony. Prize winners must be present to claim their prize.
