TNT conferences provide an ideal venue for industrial, academic and governmental organizations to share common objectives and drive the commercialisation of nanotechnology discoveries.

This year we have chosen Seville for TNT2013, the capital and largest city of "Andalusia" region. Research Institutes and Universities, technology and research centres and extensive business and  industrial activities, all combine to give Seville, and its  surroundings, its singular potential for commercial growth and  development.

TNT2013 also wants to encourage local entrepreneurial companies, universities and technological research centers to join the conference, and to participate in the exhibition.
For this purpose, the organisation will set-up a macro exhibition area with standardized exhibition stands for Technological Research Centers, Universities, Spin-Offs and N&N initiatives from Seville area.

This Seville N&N macro-stand will therefore allow:
1. To represent the Scientific, Technological and Innovative agents of the Seville region as a whole.
2. To foster relationships between its members and other participants.
3. To promote Seville culture of innovation.
4. To better integrate the Seville “Science-Technology-Company-Society” system in Europe.
5. To generate and develop scientific and technological knowledge
6. To improve competitiveness and contribute to the economic and social development of the Seville area

Join us at TNT2013 to meet new and former customers, to get feedback from clients and, why not?, to make new friends. See you in Seville.

Exhibition opening: from Monday morning to Friday morning and Equipment should be installed during September 09, 2013.

Stand Allocation: on first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitors are asked to provide their booth number request (floor plan available in July 2013) with their pre-registration.
Booth distribution in the floor plan is only orientative. Modifications can be included upon request. Please, contact us if you have any special need or request.
Additional furniture or audio-visual equipment are available for a fee upon request.
After receipt of the reservation form, you will receive an invoice that will serve as confirmation of your assistance as exhibitor at TNT2013. On due time, you will be asked to complete the Registration form. On-line registration will open end of May 2013.

Payment of fees: Booth space is not reserved until payment is received. Booth fee payment must be received before the early-bird fee deadline, or a surcharge will apply. Fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

- Bank transfers (must be net of all expenses) to “Phantoms Foundation” must indicate TNT2013 Conference and NAME OF THE COMPANY. Make the payment to the following bank account:

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations should be made in writing by e-mail to Antonio Correia (antonio@phantomsnet.net).
Cancellations made between June 20 and July 20, 2013 will qualify for a full refund less a 50€ administration fee, plus credit card charges if applicable.
Any cancellation made between July 21 and August 13, 2013, will qualify for a 50% refund.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made after August 13, 2013.

INSURANCE
The Organisation Committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost property, or accidents during the TNT2013 conference and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance arrangements for themselves..
