TNT2009 proceedings will be published in collaboration with Wiley VCH in a special issue of the journal "physica status solidi (c)". Submitted papers will follow a single peer-review process.
Only papers presented during the conference TNT2009 will be considered for publication.

The publication of the TNT2009 special issue is scheduled for March 2010.

Manuscripts of special interest and quality may be selected by the Editors for publication in "physica status solidi (a)" or "physica status solidi - rapid research letters", following a double peer-review process.
